Style Bank Terms and Conditions

To thank you for your custom Shade Station will automatically enter you into our StyleBank Loyalty Scheme. This entitles you to gain points on any purchases made on www.shadestation.co.uk

2.5% of the value of a purchase will be given to you in points and 1 point is equal to £1 to redeem against future purchases.

Therefore if you spend £100 with us we will give you £2.50 redeemable against future purchases.

These Terms and Conditions (including our Privacy Policy and our standard Terms and Conditions) govern the collection and use of Points and set out the terms of the contract between Blue Green Ltd t/a Shade Station ("us/we") and each Style Bank customer ("Collector"). A Collector can register with the Style Bank collection programme by applying for an account and can then earn Points on various purchases. If you apply to register with Style Bank you accept these rules. We may refuse an application for any good reason

The Style Bank Points Loyalty Scheme and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Blue Green Ltd t/a Shadestation (BGL). BGL may by written notice cancel any Collectors membership and revoke any and all unredeemed Points.

BGL reserves the right to amend the Conditions from time to time and shall notify Collectors of any changes by posting them on the Website shadestation.co.uk.

BGL reserves the right to restrict, suspend, discontinue or cancel part or the whole of this loyalty scheme at any time. Written notice shall be posted on shadestation.co.uk and no further claims for Points will be accepted after the date of the Termination Notice and any claims made but not approved by that date will be deemed invalid and declined. Points not redeemed thereafter will be forfeited.

Style Bank Points are not redeemable for cash or any other form of credit and have no cash value until presented for redemption in accordance with the terms and conditions. Collectors have no ownership interest in accrued Points and accrued Points are not the property of the members. Use of the word "earn" in the Conditions and other documents and materials in relation to Points shall mean "collect" and shall not infer that the Points have any value until they are presented for redemption. Points may not be purchased or sold and are not transferable.

Points cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer

All Rewards are subject to availability

Points will be earned for transactions

Points have no expiry date but are lost if the relevant Account is closed or the Style Bank programme ends.

Redeemed Points cannot be used again. If a transaction on which Points are issued or redeemed is cancelled, reversed or not completed, we will reverse the associated Points movement

If insufficient Points are available, or we suspect fraud or misconduct, Rewards may be refused or cancelled.

Points are personal to a Style Bank Account and cannot normally be transferred

Points can only be earned, held, transferred or redeemed as set out in these Rules. Any other use, award, sale, exchange or transfer of Points, or attempt to do so, is a serious breach of these Rules. Any Points not earned and held in accordance with these Rules will be invalid and cannot be redeemed for Rewards. Any such Points on a Style Bank Account will be deducted and we may take other appropriate action. Points from more than one Style Bank Account cannot be combined to redeem for the same Reward. Points have no cash value

We may close any Style Bank Account on which no Points have been earned or redeemed for a continuous period of at least 12 months. We may also, on notifying the Collector, immediately suspend or terminate the rights of any Collector, and/or close any relevant Style Bank Account, if they breach these Rules, if we reasonably believe that they have dealt with Points in a manner not permitted by these Rules or any applicable Sponsor's terms and conditions, if there is any theft from or misconduct in connection with us, any Sponsor or Supplier, if they supply false or misleading information to us or if they are abusive or offensive to any member of our staff. A Collector can close his/her Style Bank Account at any time by notifying us. If a Style Bank Account is closed the Collectors rights to redeem Points from that Style Bank Account are lost.

Refunds

If an item is bought using solely StyleBank Points or a mix of StyleBank points and other monies and then returned for refund the refund will be issued firstly by crediting the StyleBank points and with any monies outstanding refunded by the initial payment method.

If you have gained StyleBank points on a purchase and use them on a following purchase but then return the initial purchase for a refund, your refund will be given minus the StyleBank points used on the second purchase

Our only responsibilities with respect to Style Bank are set out in these Rules which are subject to English law. We will only be liable to a Collector who suffers loss as a result of our breach of these Rules and, if so, our sole liability will be to credit to the relevant Style Bank Account any Points which have been wrongly deducted or should have been credited but were not. These Rules shall not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. These Rules prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
