Technomarine watches were founded in 1997 and the brand is favoured by a number of celebrities, famous for its collection of striking, beautiful and super stylish watches that are highly on trend, chic and ultra sophisticated. Technomarine watches have become renowned in the watch industry following the launch of the very first model called the ‘Raft’ which was a chronograph watch featuring a plastic strap with a transparent finish perfectly combining function with a super stylish edge. The watches created quite a stir in the watch industry as people hadn’t seen anything like the cool and highly fashionable designs before, with some Technomarine watches featuring a plastic strap combined with diamonds; a complete contrast of materials. The watches also incorporated precious stones within the rotating bezel and an interchangeable gel strap as seen on the chronograph Technomarine diving watches. The brand was going against the grain of watch making and breaking conventional watch design barriers. However, it had succeeded in creating a new collection of luxury watches, never seen before and became incredibly popular selling a vast number of models, the styles of which many other brands now try to emulate.
