Wenger Watches

Wenger watches were founded in 1997 in Switzerland as one part of the Wenger brand which also manufactures Swiss Army knives. Wenger wanted to create a superior collection of watches that were available all over the world and the watches are now sold in over 80 countries including the USA, UK, Japan, China, Germany, Canada, Mexico, Australia and Switzerland, increasingly building a global presence.

The Wenger watch collection comprises of models designed for casual, everyday wear as well as sports orientated watches boasting innovative functions and geared towards those with an active lifestyle that require a watch able to endure fluctuating physical and environmental conditions. The collection also includes watches designed specifically for ladies that are created from a more fashion and style perspective and represent the fresh, elegant and elite Wenger style. Wenger watches are designed with only the highest standards and specifications in mind and to meet the most rigorous military requirements. Made to endure the most extreme physical conditions, Wenger watches are able to function at optimised level in the extreme cold and humidity as well as coping with impact magnetism. They are also able to function perfectly during sudden changes in altitude. To ensure that only the highest standards are met, Wenger watches are trialled and tested during the Swiss Commando Raid, which brings together military teams from fifteen countries, and exposed to the most extreme physical impact and conditions possible. Wenger watches are worn by the winning patrol in the Swiss Commando Raid which is testament to how functional, robust and reliable the watches are. In terms of aesthetic style, Wenger watches look smart and the various collections boast a slightly different physical appearance. Wenger's iconic logo (the cross of Switzerland engraved in a red square with rounded corners) is incorporated into all the watches and positioned at the twelve o'clock mark and some Wenger watches also feature striking silver escutcheons.
