The Skagen company is named after a small fishing village of the same name located in Scandanvia, which is a notoriously mesmorising location that boasts breathtaking nature and romantic scenery and is the core inspiration upon which the Skagen watch collection is built.

The Skagen Designs brand was founded In 1987 by Henrik and Charlotte Jorst, who came to the United States from Denmark to pursue their dream of owning and running their own business. The duo wanted to create an accessories brand comprising of watches, jewellery, sunglasses and pens that fused beautifully designed and exceptionally high-quality products for reasonable and accessible prices.

The range of Skagen watches are designed specifically for men and women and are an amalgamation of the Jorsts’ creative Danish spirit entwined with versatile and elegant designs, skillful craftsmanship and technical perfection.
