Overall I'm really happy with the customer service. The website was well presented and simple to navigate with a wide selection of competitvely priced glasses. I spoke with a member of staff over the phone who took payment and he was very polite and friendly. My glasses arrived in the post on time using Royal Mail Special Delivery. The packaging was wrapped in black tissue paper and included 2 sweets which I thought was a nice personal touch! I would happily recommend Shade Station to anyone and return as a future customer.
